At Carry The Culture, we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Shipping Time:
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days once your order has shipped.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on the way.
PREORDERS
Some drops may be released as preorders.
If you place a preorder:
- Your item is not ready to ship immediately
- Processing + shipping timelines will be longer
- Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page
👉 If your order includes both in-stock + preorder items, your order may ship together once everything is ready.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Carry The Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
